Able is not so "able"

Thirteen year old Able has severe periodontal disease, an enlarged heart and kennel cough! We are working with Companion Animal Network to have an echocardiogram done at a very generous price as well as free dentistry and lifetime meds at a reduced rate. We're prepared to take on this expense so that his long-term foster can let him live out his golden years comfortably, however any help covering the echo would be much appreciated. Thank you!
